Service dans son ensemble excécrable. Le camion est arrivé en retard et était trop petit, une chance que j’avais un pick-up que j’ai remplis plusieurs fois. Le temps de dîner, 1h30. La batterie du camion est tombée morte et j’ai dû la booster moi-même, car les déménageurs sont restés dans le camion à se tourner les pouces pendant 30 minutes. Edit 2025-07-09, TCVL replied saying they want to help and they are waiting for me to answer but that is not true. They haven't answered my emails or my request to be called. So to add to the experience, they also lie. Worst moving experience of my life. Their customer service is horrible. Their employees broke my table, and then they refused to give me any king of compensation. I have emails proving they gave me an insurance, but when the damage is done, they deny it.
