Edit 2025-07-09, TCVL replied saying they want to help and they are waiting for me to answer but that is not true. They haven't answered my emails or my request to be called. So to add to the experience, they also lie. Worst moving experience of my life. Their customer service is horrible. Mes meubles sont précieux non pas pour leurs valeurs pécuniaires mais surtout pour leurs valeurs sentimentales. Hazem Zaatour (hazem@tcvl.ca) a eu la très délicate mission de ramener mes meubles de Québec à Ottawa. Il a été extrêmement patient et très professionnel. Il a fait attention à tous les détails.
