They have made my schedules and picked me up and gotten me to my appointments safe and sound which i am extremely grateful for but customer service for this ride service ....needs a lot of work on many levels, some agents ask unnecessary questions about your appointment and give inconsistent feedback they also make you feel like you are lying about why you are going, asking you to verify what you are being seen for....im feeling not well, is why! This whole company needs to be restrained, from customer service to supervisor! None of them know anything about the customer service! They think we need them but actually they need us to be in business! Automated service identity me like always giving my birthday and my zip code, that's fine but then a life person comes on line and asking my information AGAIN! Answer the phone please is there even someone working during business hours ?hold more than 2 hours with and no one answer . We need transportation !!!!!
