This whole company needs to be restrained, from customer service to supervisor! None of them know anything about the customer service! They think we need them but actually they need us to be in business! Automated service identity me like always giving my birthday and my zip code, that's fine but then a life person comes on line and asking my information AGAIN! Answer the phone please is there even someone working during business hours ?hold more than 2 hours with and no one answer . We need transportation !!!!!

They cancel the order and change the order without communicating with the patient. Really bad and IEPH needs to work with someone else. Disrespectful and rude none of them care about what they do
