Updated on 11/13/2023 I owed approximately $5,800, and the IRS was supposed to withdraw $250 per month from my bank. For some reason, they never withdrew the money. As of today, I got an email from the IRS that I have to pay $6,161.18 by December 4, 2023. I was shocked because my tax preparer, Nick told me that it was set up for the monthly payment. Tran’s Accounting and Tax Service is fast, accurate, and the fee is reasonable. First of all, the lady at the front desk is very polite. She’s pleasant and always says, Thank you.” She made a copy of the driver's license and asked us to complete the registration form. That’s the process for new customers. Nick is the gentleman that I dealt with. Mine took a bit longer because of the owing situation, but typically he and his team can get everyone in and out in about 15 minutes. New management is horrible. I miss the guy who use to own the business. He was genuine and knows how got do their critical taxes. I went with my mom and dad and for some reason we had to pay more and got less money. My auntie went here and she had to pay $3000 for taxes but wanted a 2nd opinion so she went to beacon hill and she only had to pay $300. I don’t recommend this place anymore
