I recently experienced a private sound bath with Kimberly at the Tranquility Center in Auburn, and it was absolutely amazing! She guided us on a beautiful sound journey using gongs, singing bowls, and other lovely instruments, seamlessly incorporating meditation into the session. Kimberley has helped my soul and mind find balance. I can almost laugh at stress now, it’s not forever, but my peace can and will be. Been attending sessions for 4 + years. Could not imagine my days without. Qigong and the yoga classes are now part of my self care regime, highly suggest Tranquility Center!
Had friends from out of state visiting and on a whim called to see if we could get an appointment over the memorial weekend. Kimberly (owner), graciously accommodated our group. The session was fabulous! Various instruments were used along with the sound bowls. Studio was perfectly designed for a group therapy session. If you’ve never done sound healing, you need to. Highly recommended!
Over the years, I’ve dealt with multiple different traumatic experiences. A few big ones. I had tried different counselors and traditional psychologist event, and learn new ways to deal with these tragic events. While those traditional counselors helped in someways my experience at the Tranquility center was life-changing. I highly recommend giving them a try
