Ayurvedic Body Treatment with Shawna was one of the best treatments I have ever had in my life! It was such an outstanding experience and Shawna's calming presence really helped me to relax. I had surgery 3 weeks ago and I left finally feeling like myself again, was rejuvenated and utterly relaxed. A definite must try!

I highly recommend getting an Ayurvedic treatment from Shawna at Sage. I recently received the Abhyanga treatment, and it was so soothing, calming, and nourishing. Her presence and gentle touch were absolutely perfect.
Priscilla has been doing my fascia blasting work for a few years now and I would definitely recommend!! I started going to her for help with my C section scar and I essentially regained all of my sensation and lessened the scar tissue in that area. Then I had a severe injury where I fractured more than half of one side of my rib cage and doing the fascia/ soft tissue work definitely is helping regain sensation and “wake up” the injured areas.
