Terrible experience. Owner trashy and dishonest. A receptionist gives you a price and when you go to pay, the owner magically appears racking up the price ..will ridiculous explanations. The upstairs spa area is a fire trap and the downstairs hair salon is so cluttered with overpriced products I tripped three times ....Go to nothing But The Best/Cactus of mt. Sinai..professional..wonderful.
I have been looking for a spa in my area for a very long time where I can just unwind and enjoy the spa experience.. When I went to Tranquility, I was so please by the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. The girls there are lovely and the spa was absolutely gorgeous and the Spa treatment was the best I have ever recieved in my area. I highly recommend Tranquilty for anyone looking for a day to get away and just relax and feel good and not to mention they have a beautiful hair salon on the first floor.
