A beautiful community with wonderful staff and residents! I would trust this community to care for my family.
Last week our residents had a scheduled field trip, which they all look forward to, and another resident needed to go to a doctor’s visit and didn’t have transportation. I explained this situation to our ED, Eric Ward, and instead of canceling the field trip, he personally took the residents to the appointment. I have worked as an Activities Director for 12 years at two facilities. As my mom began to get older and experience some memory issues, I knew it was time to move her somewhere she could have assistance when needed. I visited different facilities around Dalton, and had a true peace about Orchard Ridge. Since she moved in three months ago, it has been an amazing experience! She adjusted quickly with the help of the amazing staff and is enjoying her time there.
