First time at Tranquility for me after getting a gift card. I had a therapeutic massage with Dawn and she was PHENOMENAL (I've already scheduled my next one). 🤗 She helped relieve my tightness and gave me insight into why certain muscles were so sore because of tightness in other areas. She was friendly and compassionate from the moment I got there. The staff in general was welcoming and friendly.
It’s hard to find a massage therapist that performs cranial sacral massage after having a concussion. I realized how bad my whiplash and my head were and Kim was able to help me. I’m on the path to recovery after two months. I should’ve seen her sooner.
Anisah was absolutely fabulous. I was really nervous to get waxed, and she was so reassuring, patient, and caring. She provided an excellent combination of candor and professionalism. I felt like she legitimately cared about her work, and was not just going through the motions. This spa is not particularly close to where I live, and I am a pretty hard sell when it comes to spending money on spa services, but my experience with Anisah pretty much made me ready to shell out the $ regularly for her services.
