I had my first Reiki session with Steven and it was everything and more that I needed! The session of release the stones and all around experience was what my body needed. Holding onto grief for 4years and finally releases it. My body is so freeeeeee !!
Denise is very knowledgable about anatomy and body mechanics. She gets right into the knots and disappears them like magic! She is also very kind and comforting to be around.
I normally have high anxiety in places, but the calming atmosphere and energy in this place really helps. I love the geodes and tapestries around the center.
