Evil people/family who owns these villages who just don't care what so ever on your retirement life but your money. You can search yourself on Google who they are be warned. Look more into help at home than these places.
ABC did an expose about how this facility uses exorbitant "exit fees" to extract devastating amounts from retiree's life savings when they eventually leave or pass away. Robbing the elderly and their families, how low can you go.
