Damon has great expertise with athletes and an engaging rehab plan, he was really fun to work with and got me back to my best
Damon is an excellent physio being patient enough to find out the cause of an injury and also understanding how to tailor rehabilitation exercises to meet recovery expectations. Damon dedicated his time to assess the severity of my knee injury and provided exercises which got me back into training and running much sooner than expected. Damon also followed up a month later to check on progress. He is a very knowledgeable and empathetic physio - I wouldn’t go anywhere else after my first session with Damon!
Damon was knowledgeable and created a personalized treatment plan that really worked. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. After just a few weeks, I noticed significant improvements in my mobility. I highly recommend Damon for anyone needing physio care!
5 stars to damon , we had a 4 day football tournament , and damon was pivotal in making sure the lads who had some concerns where able be treated and play the vigorous 4 days , The playing group stated to my self , that he did an amazing job , We shall use damon and next years tournament ( no doubt ) I suggest to all readers to visit damon at his epping clinic, you will not leave dissapointed, From the Gospic Bears , We thank you
