Great service from Damon, First came here when my knees were hurting in every movement due to Volleyball injuries, To become completely pain free and even increasing vertical jump with the help of plyometrics. Would 100% come back if i got more injuries
I’ve worked with Damon for about 2 years total and he has had a tremendous impact on my footballing journey. He has a great understanding of his space and is exceptional at personalising programs to make it more enjoyable and give it a comfortable environment. Damon is a great physio!! He listens, is supportive and understanding when treating myself and others.
Damo is a legend and knows what his talking about, you can always go to him about everything and anything and he will be there to help out, I couldn’t recommend someone more, his taping skills are elite and his helped me recover a few things iv need help in, his definitely the man for it!!!!!
I had an appointment with Damon and was really impressed by how thorough he was. He took the time to properly assess everything, explain what was going on, and walk me through a clear plan for recovery. You can tell he genuinely cares and knows his stuff. One of the most detailed and helpful physio sessions I’ve had. Highly recommend.
