Terrible. I purchased a Trubates deal for this business as a gift. After multiple attempts by both the recipient of the gift and myself to make an appointment we finally gave up. Over a period of three weeks we tried to contact them to make an appointment (voicemails, e-mails, etc) but we were ignored. One lady even said she'd send an e-mail with availability but never did that either. I will never do business with them - a huge waste of time and energy - save your money for a place that actually cares about their customers.... read more
