Seems to be a trend of people making appointments and showing up only to find the business closed. Unfortunately I can attest to this. Made an appointment and wasted time driving there to find no one there. Waste of time and money. Look elsewhere!
Purchased a 1 hour massage gift certificate for a relative. The massage was scheduled online several days in advance. Show up to the place of business and no one is there. *Update since the owner responded. Most certainly had a reservation and am attaching a screenshot of it. Read the other recent reviews, it's the same story. Don't do business with this place. You'll lose your money like I did. The framing/art shop owner in the same complex said he has seen multiple customers show up with an appointment and no one is there.
Booked appointments for both myself and mother-in-law. I was charged $100 for each booking, upfront. She has a gift certificate, but paying at booking is not uncommon for me. I did have follow up questions, so I called and left two voicemails two different days. I never received a call back. At this point I just figured we would just discuss at the business. Arrive for an appointment for 2:30 on a Saturday and the business was closed. There was signage that said closed - will be back at 1pm. Although it was after 1pm (2:20), we waited for 15 minutes as a courtesy, but still no one arrived. Very disappointed
