Arrive for an appointment for 2:30 on a Saturday and the business was closed. There was signage that said closed - will be back at 1pm. Although it was after 1pm (2:20), we waited for 15 minutes as a courtesy, but still no one arrived. Very disappointed
After a few weeks, I still can't tell if this is a legitimate business or not, which should be all you need to know to take your money elsewhere. Absolutely do not book anything through the website as they don't honor those reservations apparently. I made this a pet project because I was unsure if this place is real--I never received a phone call back and never once had someone pick up the phone after calling a couple times each day this last week. Booked two appointments for massages and received confirmations from the business only to arrive with the business being closed and no one answering the phone. This is prepaid service so I don’t understand why the establishment would not give me a call to say they will not be able to provide the service. I’m visiting the area and booked ahead of time. Booked a “winter detox package” online, received 2 confirmation and reminder emails and a confirmation text. Pre-paid and filled out the online client intake form. Showed up on time for my appointment and the business was closed. Called the number multiple times and the mailbox was full. Sent an email.
