UPDATE: Full five stars. As my mother's needs change, I appreciate the flexibility and personal attention given to mom as a resident and me as her caregiver. Mom now receives hospice services, and TLC has honored our wishes while providing exceptional round-the-clock care between visits from nurses and doctors. Glad to be home from the hospital, she is comfortable and happiest in her own room at TLC. This is what is meant by 'quality of life'.
