Brenda is an incredible conduit for healing, centrality and releasing tension and energy. I cannot recommend her highly enough for her time and her talents. When I visited Lava, both my Mom and I booked an appointment with Brenda. From my own experience, I came in tense and full of built up stress. She worked with me to release that stress and gave me the tools to continue to work on releasing that stress. She found through massage and energy work, the most hardened places in my body and released them. I am so thankful.
Received a massage with Kelly & I left feeling amazing! She has a wonderful energy & bubbly spirit. Out of the many massages I’ve had this was hands down the best from start to finish! Whenever I’m in town I plan to revisit. So grateful to have crossed paths with Kelly! I wish you all best best & I can’t thank you enough for my amazing experience
Trigger point therapy is amazing.
Husband and I had the best massage either of us have ever had. The owner was such an empath, and found places I didn’t even realized hurt. I feel better than I have in months, and will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great experience for both of us!!
