very rude customer service. too bad you have to call to speak to them to get additional info and place order. I don't care how good a product is, not worth patronizing to support poor service....
I've used their trampolines for recreation and competitive training. They are well built and jump nicely. I always suggest people order a single layer bed as they have a softer bounce.
