It’s very slow unloading they take 1hour 30 min for one truck and have only one dock to unloading usually spend 3 to 5hour there
Amazing services. I paid for a white gloves delivery and the guy came and set up all the furniture and wore white gloves and disposable shoe covers. They were fantastic. Highly recommended.
Ordered a table from Expand Furniture in June 2021. Was notified in December that TRAMO would be making delivery. Delivery was made around the 23rd of December but it was not the table I ordered. Contacted both Expand Furniture (spoke with Jared and others) and stated that TRAMO was at fault for the incorrect delivery. Then spoke with Vicky Huot at TRAMO who said they were looking into the mixup in the delivery.
