I have done my taxes myself for my entire life. However, I ran into some difficulty this year and panicked come April 14th. Tracy was able to fit me in at 2000 that night to go over all the questions I had and able to eventually file for me. I have never been there previously and for the team there to fit me in on short notice during tax week to help was incredible. Highly recommend and will be back next year. (Much earlier)
