Terrible customer service. Received the Massage gun as a gift and it doesn’t work and is brand new. I’ve emailed and tried to contact this company a few ways and no one gets back to me.

Their heated blanket almost started a house fire. Melted part of my leather couch. Do not invest in their products! Zero safety precautions!
Only reason they received 1Star is there is no provision for awarding 0 Stars. Order placed 3/28/17/ As of 5/23/17 still not received, despite email of 5/10/17 telling me it was shipped that day. Worst customer service I have ever experienced......
