I Had put my order in for n scale track that no one else around the country had in stock at 8pm on Thursday night I got a notification that the order has been shiped 8am Friday received on saturday afternoon.

Great place to work with, glad I found them. I recently received a UP 9096 SD-70 engine and a Legacy controller base/remote to go with it. The engine worked perfectly, though the Legacy remote did not. I talked with Lionel tech support to make sure everything was correct and then discussed with Trainworld, who walked me through a very straightforward exchange process. My new Lionel Big Boy 4005 showed up yesterday (Oct. 1, 2020) in pristine condition from TW. Much Much appreciation to the TW staff and Sonia for insuring that my loco was double boxed and wrapped to the max to protect it!!! Triple bubble wrap - who does that!! Call in for a stock check and they said they have it, put the order in, a week later emailed them on the status they said they were backed up and my order would be filled soon. Online order status showed complete. On the 2nd week, I get a call saying item is not in stock, would I like to buy something else. Won’t buy from them again.
