TrainingPeaks refused to take responsibility for an overcharge caused by their own app. Support was dismissive and hid behind policy rather than addressing the underlying issue. I’ve filed a chargeback and reported the app for fraudulent billing. Strongly caution others before committing - try FS, Today’s Plan, or Intervals instead.
Phone line sucks and is completely useless.
Very useful and user friendly
Working with a cycling coach, this is my go-to dashboard for unifying all my performance data in one spot. Super accessible, advanced enough that it teaches me something but not so advanced that it makes no sense to me. Awesome.
Spend some time learning this sophisticated tool. Ignore the haters, if they can't spend five minutes watching videos on how to use the app they were never going to use it to better themselves anyway.
