Called to see if they were open, after multiple questions was transferred anyway. Once transferred was told the train name and number I meant nothing g without part#. Dealing with trains for a long time and this is ridiculous. They of course would order you anything you want or you could save yourself the frustration and do yourself.
I have tried to go see this place 3 times. Various times to see if I was just trying at the wrong times of the day . Website says they are open. But door is locked. Shades closed. Tried calling from just outside the door. Thinking maybe you need to do so to get in . Answer machine comes on . They want you to choose number 1 thru 4 for what department you want .
