This bank care about the customers they serve with a small town feeling. They remember faces and names, and do the little things that make you know they care. TrailWest tellers are awesome! They are professional and if you have a banking issue they always do their job and ensure they get your money into your account. The bankers, they are no good and don’t care about the little guy struggling at all it seems to me they are very clicky and the good ol’ boy system is very much in full swing still, here in the Flathead. TrailWest as a corporation is slow to get their systems going to ensure your money is quick to release, or they trust you will pay your overdraft back right away. For... read more
