Jay (Jason) Quan is the best physiotherapist I have ever seen. He's just incredible. Super knowledgeable and explains things really well. The rotator cuff strengthening exercises he taught me to do actually targeted my problematic areas and fixed my imbalances. The things he teaches are above and beyond what you can find online. Highly recommend anyone who needs a physio to go find him.
Really amazing physiotherapy clinic....staff is friendly and helpful... They helped me with a blown out disk and got me moving normal within weeks.... better that a needle to the back.... Great place
Jay is excellent! He's very knowledgeable and explains things really well. He really cares about your wellbeing. The reception staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend Trailside for anyone needing physio! I've been other places and they don't compare!
I saw Nicholas with what I thought was a pulled muscle, but he quickly figured out it was a joint irritation. Got me back to feeling good over a few visits, and was very helpful in letting me know what I should and shouldn't do while recovering. Very happy with how things went!
