Our almost 35 year old daughter just spent 30 days at Trail Point so that other Mom and I could have a much needed respite. Our daughter is not your average 35 year old, she has Spina Bifida, paralyzed, has a colostomy and urostomy…all in all a fairly complicated patient. The staff was AMAZING and this is coming from a Momma Bear retired Respiratory Therapist. My brother was sent to Trailpoint Village after a stay in the hospital for rehab. The staff was really super caring for my brother. They kept me in form of all his problems that he was having. And really was helpful whenever we asked for anything when we were there for a visit. I know if we ever need rehab again, Trailpoints would be our choice.

THIS PLACE SUCKS RESIDENT SITS IN THEIR FECES FOR HOURS EGGS EVERY MORNING, JELLY SANDWICHES AND 2 BAGS OF CHIPS FOR LUNCH AND SKIMPY MEAL FOR SUPPER. CNA'S COMPLAIN THEY HAVE TO WORK. ONE SHIFT TO THE NEXT HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON. THEY SPY ON YOUR CONVERSATIONS. MANY MANY MORE THINGS ARE WRONG WITH THIS FACILITY.
