Incredibly kind! I’d been desperate for an alternate mode of transportation alongside a leisure activity, and they helped me within 2 days of reaching out. Very knowledgeable of bikes, clean shop, cute dog, very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Absolutely obsessed!! Trailhead is seriously the best used bike shop in all of Virginia. Their collection is the most eclectic I’ve ever seen, like every corner has something cooler than the last. It feels like a vintage bike museum and a community hangout all in one. Matt and Jess were so kind and helpful, and you can tell they really love what they do. If you’re into unique finds, good vibes, and people who actually care, this is 100% the place to go. Five stars all day!

I feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem off of the Tobacco Heritage Trail. Matt the owner has a great thing going here and is passionate about cycling. We need more small businesses like this in the cycling community. If you’re looking for a bike for whatever Matt has it or can help you out on your quest. It is well worth the drive from wherever you are to visit and support this amazing place. Make sure that you stop by if you are riding the Tobacco Heritage Trail.
