My husband bought his full suspension at this store and a month later, I came and bought mine. Charles was so patient with our many of questions both times and got us fitted on two incredible bikes. He has tons of knowledge on mountain bikes and types of riding style and we are loving our new mt bikes. Thank you Charles!

Stopped by with intention to buy some items and try to get fitted for a new bike we bought online. Owner said he doesn’t help folks that didn’t buy their bike there. And was not friendly at all. Went to Owen’s in Hixson who took time to adjust the bike (which took 5 minutes at no charge) and we bought our items. I’m an Owen’s fan 100 percent!
He knows his stuff. Just help me a lot.
