Que servicio más malo no entiendo se quejan de que no hay trabajo y los que están trabajando aquí no desean trabajar trabajan con una actitud errante y es en general todos!!
This was a completely disappointing experience. There wasn’t anyone on staff that could install the hitch at U-Haul so I was instructed to go down the road to a mechanic not affiliated with U-Haul that charged me twice as much to get the hitch installed. Felt swindled and like this was bait and switch.
The staff was very communicative and punctual the prices were fair.
Nothing, the installation took about 4 and a half hours and I realize that I have a damage in the rear light where the guy connected the system. I returned two days later ( I live in Naples) and was received by the manager. The lady in a very rude manner told me that I have to wait for aprox, 4 hours just to check the problem. Horrible experience. They didn't solve the problem and of course I would not recommend your place to anybody.
