If I could give this place 0 stars I would do so in a heartbeat. I had a decent experience when I first visited the store in 2019 to get my bike but the one I left with wasn't what I really wanted. First mistake, sure, but the sales person INSISTED that was the bike I needed to get. I was wobbly riding it outside the store but she said I'd be okay once I got used to it. Great bike shop and cafe right along the Duneland Prairie trail. Had a delicious peanut butter smoothie to recharge for the 10 miles back on the trail to Chesterton. Great selection bikes and accessories too.
