Amazing shop, atmosphere and vibes.. I will say that some of the mechanics should smile more! Was hanging with my friend when he was picking up his bike & the mechanic Christian if I recall just looked miserable and was just give dirty looks as if he was pissed off.
Charged me $8 to change the inner tube. Apparently didn’t think it was part of the job to check for shards/nails/etc. Now the tire is flat again 2 rides later…. This shop sucks.
Love this place :-) Staff is amazing
Showed up to rent a mtb and Jacob got me squared away. Staff was super friendly and got me on the trails within minutes! Highly recommend if you need a rental!
So, I’d give Trailhouse a 5 but my husband would give it a 1. After my first 2 visits I raved about it to him. Good food, coffee drinks, and selection of beers. Helpful staff. What’s not to like? A couple days later my hubby visits. 3 gals were busy helping customers, making drinks, and he waited patiently. And waited. More than 5 or 6 minutes without anyone acknowledging him or saying we will be with you in a minute. No one made eye contact with him. Finally, he just left.
