If i could give this shop 100 stars i would!! My wife and I purchased bikes from an online retailer who sent them to Trail House to be built. The online retailer made a mistake and did not get her bike there in time for us to pick them up. As we live 2.5 hours away from the shop and this was the closest place they could send our bikes to be built, we planned a day that we could go together to pick up our new bikes and ride the local trails. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Twice now they’ve helped us out on the day of a ride. They really seem to care about making a place for the biking community to gather.
Just wow! This place is a dream. Coffee,bikes, and icredible customer team.... It just doesn't get much better than that. I ordered two bikes from an online shop to be delivered here and the online shop really botched the shipping order with difficulty reaching anyone from the online customer service department to help me. I recently visited Trail House and purchased a pair of Specialized biking shoes equipped with the BOA tightening system, which seemed like a great feature at first. However, on my very first ride—less than a week after purchase—the BOA clip on the right shoe detached completely.
