We needed new rear tires for our Rad5 ebikes. They had them in stock, Had us in the next day after our phone inquiry, and being new to the region were able to answer all of our questions on trails, where to ride and not to ride. The staff are awesome!
Bought an eMtb while I was on the East coast. Excellent communication the whole time. Only thing that was weird was paying through e-transfer and email. 11/10 rating for service and communication though. I would buy again ! Will try to stop at the shop next time I visit the Island. Thanks Susan for the excellent service!!! With 3 hours time difference, we still got it done fairly quick!
