Catherine is very knowledgeable regarding musculature and is always progressing her skills. She is especially great with mobilizing a shoulder post-operatively! The best oart is that you can come in and tell her an area that is strained or sore, and she will fix it!

I highly recommend Catherine. She had helped me through 3 pregnancies, with one of them being very difficult. She helped with her lymphatic drainage massage for the swelling, and athletic tapping for the carpal tunnel. I still go to her now for her up to date knowledge and training and, of course, her excellent relaxing massages!!
Catherine is trained in multiple disciplines of massage therapy including Thai and deep tissue . Her experience as a personal trainer has given her insight into the root cause of painful motion and her focused approach to treatment and aftercare ensure a complete therapy experience.
