RecommendedI brought my 87-year old grandmother to the YMCA Trafton Center today for the first time and she had a great time! She was delighted by the wonderful group of ladies there, enjoyed the lunch and beverages, and can't wait for the upcoming events and activities. I am delighted she is motivated and happy to go to the center while also comforted by the warm, welcoming atmosphere the Trafton Center and its staff provides. 5-Stars from us!

The Trafton Center in Sanford is an amazing outlet for the local Seniors to socialize, do crafts, play cards, exercise (yoga, tai chi, mudras, dancing), educational seminars, and much more! Thank you, Thea!!! ...for providing such an outlet!
