Do not buy from Trafford Windows - they are a bunch of cowboys. They installed a bifold door in our property two years ago; after 12 months the lock and handle failed. After contacting them for a repair, they came round to assess the work then took 2 weeks to find the part that was needed, despite this meaning our home was not secure for this time. Really efficient job from the team fixing 5 broken windows that wouldn't open. Speedy service and was able to get booked in to get the job fixed within a short wait time.
I recently had my windows replaced and Trafford Windows provided exceptional service from start to finish. Zahid and his team are very professional. They offered a super quick service and are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
