Just called to get prices and the lady that answered was extremely rude needs to work on how to speak to customers
They rent cars with mirrors hanging off driver’s side locks don’t work seatbelts don’t click doors fly open blinkers don’t work Not a safe to drive the brake light is stays on the engine light stays on and they want to rent it to a married young couple with two young children and they want us to put our kids in it and refused to give us another car
Absolutely disgusting! We usually rent from Enterprise, but they'd already closed for today. So...we called this place. Huge mistake. The first car that they brought out was so nasty that we couldn't get in it. This was after we advised that cleanliness is very important to us. The owner assured us that the car was clean. It was disgusting. Like they bought it from a police auction 20 years ago and never detailed it. The next car reaked so heavily of cigarettes that I am still trying not to gag.
