I had a very disappointing experience with this paralegal service. Throughout my case, communication was extremely limited. I was never able to speak with my assigned paralegal by phone until the day of the court appearance itself. Prior to that, most communication was brief and by email, with little explanation or guidance. Once they have your money it's impossible to get ahold of them. In the end I got the exact same result as I was offered in the beginning before I went to them. Driving record (clean record) $100, $400 to hire them, still got the exact same result for an offense I did not commit.No accountability from these folks.
