If you are short on time and want to waste the remaining time, you are at the right place. They have no idea what they are doing or saying. They ask for about 10 documents and then they don't even remember your name. They put me in a more difficult situation. They kept stalling. Terrible customer service.
My 17 yr old son got into a car accident on a weekend, called Conrad on a Sunday thinking I won’t hear back until Monday but he actually called me back immediately and talked to us for 20 minutes to help out with the situation. I’m so grateful for his support. A very knowledgeable individual and just all around nice guy! Highly recommend him.
Called to discuss my traffic accident and where i sat with regards to liability. Got a call back within hours and I had a great discussion with Conrad. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with information that i didn't know. If the time comes to challenge this one, Traffic Ticket Specialists in Edmonton will be my first stop.
