They handled the ticket decently using the jones group but when i spoke to maggie who answers the phone she told me if i paid 399$ they would represent me in court and cover the court fees .. I have used them twice and she informed us this both times.. now almost a year later i receive a letter saying my license will be suspended that i owe courtfees plus late fees ... I was a fool for using this place and would never recommend them to anyone ... even after calling back today speaking with maggie she told me i cant help you ... read more

Must say. 🤔 They took my case to court and got the whole ticket dismiss. Never made one court appearance in Polk county. Best spent about $200.00 dollars. 👍🏾✅ No points Not my fault.
