Their website is tidy and easy to navigate, and products were well pictured and described. Pricing was fair. Am pleased with the quality of product I received in a timely manner. Shipping though, should include other options than just FedEx.
Ordering and customizing were easy. Item arrived when expected in good order. Only two things would I change - the ability to add more customization across the bottom of the vest and an alternative to FedEx for shipping.
