We ordered a couple of blue handicap parking blocks. When I got notification from FedEx that they had been delivered, they were no where to be found. After speaking with representatives from FedEx (a very frustrating conversation), I contacted Traffic Safety Store and spoke to a very nice young man who referred me to their Customer Experience Coordinator, Jill. I’ve been ordering various signs as different jobs require, and I’ve never had any issues with the signs themselves or the service and delivery. Very happy to do business with them.
Ordering through the website was pretty easy, but the most important thing was that one of our packages got lost. I called the store and Jill was super helpful with tracking the order and placing a new order right away after she confirmed with the shipper the package was lost. Supper attentive, and Jill took care of my problem right away.
