Great customer service and fast response. They even called us to make sure we chose a shipping method that worked best for our business. Then their shipper called us to make sure they delivered during our operating hours. A++.
This was my first order and I asked for a special modification and they were very accommodating. The items I ordered were great quality and came exactly as I wanted. They read my notes and email me back the next morning. They also helped to catch a misspelling mistake that I made.
We ordered a couple of blue handicap parking blocks. When I got notification from FedEx that they had been delivered, they were no where to be found. After speaking with representatives from FedEx (a very frustrating conversation), I contacted Traffic Safety Store and spoke to a very nice young man who referred me to their Customer Experience Coordinator, Jill. Product is very good. However, the shipping not so much. The box was damaged and contained only three (3) washers for six (6) lag screws. I would also recommend a 7 inch lag screw.
