Transaction was relatively easy over the phone and they took the payment via Zelle, which they then sent a confirmation receipt via email. Was quoted $199 to help fight off the ticket or get a reduction in points, which is relatively fair in pricing compared to some others. The staff we spoke to was friendly, and gave us some reassurance that they can potentially get a reduction in points at least.
