My husband just passed away, the only time I can do banking is on weekends, because people have to work for a living. These girls @ Cornelia Traditions bank, especially the heavyset one in the window, was so rude. I have banked at this bank for over 25 years, unfortunately, I will be moving my accounts. Shameful the way they treat people. Who have had such a tragedy. I had a savings and checking, they closed my savings without communicating that with me. So where the money there is, your guess is as good as mine.
I tried joining this bank today in person, but their Android app didn't work. The website was fine, but their mobile app would crash every time after logging in. The clerk was polite and helpful/knowledgeable, but I couldn't even get to see my account balance in the app.
I love Rabun County Bank! Having a local bank is way better than a big national bank!!! They have always treated me right and gone out of their way to help whenever I have needed it.
One of my favorite bank. Good staff and best service in Habersham county.
