We had positive experience the staff were patient and very caring toward the residents
Creekside Care Center is a really nice place. My cousin was a resident and I visited him plenty. All the workers from the nurses, nurse aids etc. were very friendly. I enjoyed talking to other residents. It was just an all around welcoming atmosphere. Thank you everyone for taking great care of my family member.
DO NOT SEND YOURSELF OR LOVED ONES HERE. EVER. I wish I could give ZERO stars! My Uncle had a stroke/brain bleed in late June. After 2 weeks at Mt Carmel East, he was medically discharged and needed a rehab facility! We had to find a place QUICK & decided on Creekside because of insurance, proximity to family & availability of beds. Unfortunately, we weren’t given an opportunity to look at reviews prior.
