I recently toured Traditions to find an assisted living community for my mother. I met with Angie the community relations director who was very kind, caring and very informative. She didn't overwhelm me with information and also allowed me the time to ask many questions. From the moment I walked through the door I first noticed the many residents in the lobby talking and watching tv. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and all said how much they loved living at Traditions and that I should bring my mother there!
Do not recommend the memory care unit. There is no supervision for the patients, medicine is not given when needed, multiple incidents not being able to find staff, staff sleeping. A nurse was fired for falsifying documentation of medication and administration. My Grandma was found dead by her family because she did not get checked on regularly by staff knowing she was not feeling well.
