Do not recommend the memory care unit. There is no supervision for the patients, medicine is not given when needed, multiple incidents not being able to find staff, staff sleeping. A nurse was fired for falsifying documentation of medication and administration. My Grandma was found dead by her family because she did not get checked on regularly by staff knowing she was not feeling well.

Traditions at North Bend is such a beautiful, welcoming community. Uniquely qualified and friendly leadership team, both clinical and administrative, you notice it the minute you walk in. The community is beautiful to boot,,with friendly and caring staff!
