Horrible facility. Good nursing. Poor cna staff because they are paid minimum wage. Administrative staff is horrible. They take your calls, Roxanne, while you are shopping. Charged for my dad another 4 days into July because he passed on June 4th and "terminated his lease. Pray for their souls.
If you care about your loved ones, avoid Traditions at Camargo. As a former employee, I saw residents left unchanged, uncared for, and ignored. The food is awful, and the overall care is unacceptable. The current executive director is openly rude and consistently ignores concerns. dismissing residents and staff countless times she’s all talk no action, and simply doesn’t care. My father is in Assisted Living and I can’t get a hold of anyone at the facility prior to 8AM when he has a medical emergency. He pushed his button for a nurse and nobody has arrived for 45 minutes.
The independent and assisted living at Traditions at Camargo are fine. Not great but fine. However, please move your loved one before they go to memory care at this facility. If you are looking for a memory care for your loved one, this is not the place. If it matters, I am a doctor (Geri psychiatrist actually). My father was in assisted living at Traditions and it was ok. When he had to move to memory care it was a whole new (bad) world up there. The memory care is dismal. Marilyn is an outstanding resident aide. She is friendly, compassionate, and follows through with all her caretaking duties. I'm confident that my husband will receive the care he deserves when Marilyn is involved. Please recognize her as a role model for others.
