Sellers and Buyers BEWARE – Worst experience I have ever had with a escrow company. Delayed our closing for over 2 weeks due to there inability to follow up and straighten out title concerns. If you are not on phone with them daily your file stays in a drawer until buyer walks in with money. Then they begin to try to close the deal! No concerns or calls if escrow goes over projected time.
