Don't like the odd fees or explanation. Different setup than most banks. But helpfuk otherwise. Several convenient locations around Lexington. Online banking and account services are super basic but work easily and much better and most small banks.
So I’ll admit I’m very likely to not leave a review if they did a good job, but I’m trying to make an effort to change that about my reviews. Now I didn’t have my license and needed to cash a check from Traditions Bank, and it could have easily been a big issue. But Allison was very nice and since I had a picture, I had printed out of my license and it wasn’t expired, she was more than willing to help me cash the check.
