If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a CD back in March of 2025. It was a 6 month CD with an interest rate around 4%. When the CD came up for renewal in September of 2025 the bank says I never returned their call so they automatically renewed my CD. This is where we disagree, however I did not make notes of the conversation so that is on me. not the bank. The problem I have is they renewed the rate at.15%. Not 1.5%, POINT15.
