Couldn't exchange shirt for smaller size because tags were not on shirt even though all tags were in the bag with shirt, due to them not having a machine to put it back on. Simple mistake grabbed size too big.what happened to customer service and isn't the customer always right. I was not asking for my money back just smaller shirt.
