Incompetent bunch! They only have one investor, their underwriter causes extreme delays in closing jeopardizing real estate deals. I refinanced one property with them that took over 2 months. I was going to use them for buying 3 properties in the same time. They filled out the request for my tax return incorrectly so we did not meet the closing date.
