I was visiting my parent, on multiple occasions I have noticed the facility being nasty, the support from the ED & DO (Indy & Shannon) useless my parent complained about the care one time & as I was leaving I over heard the staff informing Indy of my parent complaint instead of her having empathy she had a smart reply (If they are unhappy they can move what a way to reply considering as long as my parent has been there I have noticed a revolving door with their staff!
